Engracia L. Valdomar National High School is a secondary and senior high school located at Mabuhay General Santos City , South Cotabato since 1997 up to the present year.
In August 21, 2019, celebrating the 23rd Foundation Anniversary of ELVNHS with a theme, "Excellence in empowering 21st century learners and key stakeholders through camaraderie and sportsmanship." started with a mass then games such as "Laro ng Lahi" to be followed by the booths and the last highlight even which is the search for Mr. and Ms. ELVNHS.
The mass started at 7:30 a.m and ended up 9:00 a.m and was offered by some of the dominican choir, Altar server and St. francis of Asisi's reverend father, Fr. Rodrigo Digoy.
Enjoyment is what students want, so they really had a fun experiences in this day. It only consist of 3 booths .The Horror booth headed by the energetic grade 10 students which collected the highest income over all the booth.
Chain Date headed by the CAT's (Citizenship Advance Training). A booth which the profit is also high next to the Horror booth. They capture a pair of students whose name was written in the list through the use of handcuffs and scarfs.
Wedding booth headed by the Yes-O Officers was the third high income in booths. Same with the system of chain date they capture a pair of students but at this moment with the help of scouts.
Message on the air headed by Mr. Reymart De Arce together with the selected Ssg Officers made the day and the activities complete.
Although the weather at this day doesn't get along with everybody but still the game wasn't over. The participants in each year level actively participated in "Laro ng Lahi." Paper towers, Chain relay, Message relay ang many more games were being played and was hosted by Adonis Sarno and Ma. Yvonne Lareta.
The most awaited moment of everybody is the search for Mr. and Ms. ELVNHS 2019, the highlight event for this program. This hosted by our very own teachers Mr. Reymart De Arce and Mrs. Ronalyn Mendoza. Crowds begin to cheer and yell for their curriculum participants as they formally opened the program with their production number and attire. To be followed by their school uniform, talent portion, casual attire, and the malong gown which is the last portion of the event
At last Mr. Rhudje Piyaw (grade 10 contestant) and Ms. Rich Marie Cinco (grade 7 contestant) was crowned as Mr. and Ms. ELVNHS 2019.
